Anyr Falinn is the daughter of King Krüge and Yvora Falinn. She is also the youngest sister of Kòdobos Falinn and royal princess of the kingdom of Kaldan. Anyr is a kind-hearted and gentle soul who has an affinity for living things. She often comes to the defense of those in peril, even at risk to her own life.
As a child, Anyr was entrusted with the magical bow Afsal, which contains the spirit of an ancient goddess. Though fain to spill the blood of living creatures, Anyr skillfully wields Afsal in battle and is considered one of the greatest archers in the land.
Anyr lived a remarkable life and shared many adventures with her brother Kòdobos as she grew into a beautiful young woman. On her eighteenth birthday, she met a young king named Hal-Ryaan from the neighboring kingdom of Urince whom she fell in love with. With much joy, she accepted his proposal of marriage. But the joy of their union was never to be hers. For Hal-Ryann was murdered by her jealous younger brother Morgam.
Before she could mourn his death, her life was shattered further when her kingdom was torn apart by a civil war born of her brothers' struggle for the throne of Kaldan. This civil war ushered forth a great darkness unto her kingdom and spread evil throughout the Northern Realm. Anyr learns to her woe that it has fell to her to stop the spread of this darkness. Though she musters the courage to stand against the tyranny of the dreaded Stag King, who has arisen to conquer all the lands in darkness, she is ever fearful that the price for victory may be her eternal soul.
